How we work

Scoping

We recognise and respect the different priorities across organisations, sectors and countries; scoping is an essential part of our role to ensure we provide you value.

Strategy development

We use a range of services and technical expertise to develop strategies that will achieve commercially focused and long-term sustainability.

Implementation

We monitor the results of implemented features ensuring client objectives have been achieved, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

What we do

Our approach is to examine the interaction and integration of systems to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, for example reduce energy demand in new or existing buildings or innovative system waste to resource strategies.

Solutions are tailored to clients’ needs, and cost-benefit analysis is undertaken ensuring economically viable long-term solutions that reduce impact on the environment across an organisation.

This approach is proven as the most cost and resource effective way of managing sustainability.

“The GreenAsia Group is bringing to the market a valuable service to reduce energy use, something which governments and companies worldwide are trying to achieve while still growing productivity. The GreenAsia Group makes energy reduction possible through its programmes to design energy needs out of a development. After the EDB’s introduction to the team, and with the assistance of the NEA through the Design for Efficiency scheme, The Group has added various elements to our plan for corporate health, safety and environment issues. We highly recommend their team and commend their dedication to detail.”

Gilda Sagrado, Director, PT Destar Rahayu
“The shareholders of PT Destar Rahayu and PT Gilda Loka Suya have worked together with The GreenAsia Group and Bradley T. Gardner since late 2012.
Bradley has provided valuable input during this time, and we appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry, and his ideas for a new model for tourism.
The first charrette with The GreenAsia Group in December 2013 also gave us the opportunity to look at the many issues involved in the development of a truly sustainable project.”

Mechanical design will never be the same. The slow fuse is lit, and the change is irreversible, thanks to the irresistible power of his ideas.”

Why

Sustainability matters

Every day we are reminded of the devastating direct and in-direct impact that irresponsible waste of the earth’s resources has on our natural environments and local communities. We are committed to mitigating the impact through increasing awareness and drawing synergies with commercial drivers. If you are too, get in touch.

“The largest opportunity to save the Planet is through energy efficient design. Regularly reassessing our assumptions to ensure that the preservation of environmental, social and financial integrity through continuous and accurate monitoring, are priority.”
